For escorts with a blog, they'll simply create a new category on their blog titled 'NAYFOSTA'. Then, they'll make one post in this new category that discusses NAYFOSTA.
NAYFOSTA Escort Directory
When escorts have #NAYFOSTA visible on their website or blog, then search engines will pick up this tag as well, and the more escorts who put the hash on their website, the more & more escorts will be visible upon searching the hashtag.
